Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, in the European Union, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus make a return of the product to the seller of a refund without penalty, except for the cost of return by Colissimo with delivery against signature or any other delivery system of his choice. The delivery with delivery against signature to avoid a possible loss of the package.
In the event of an order for a product outside the European Union, the buyer will also receive a full refund in the event of a return. The buyer has a period of 10 working days to notify the company of his retraction. They must also return the product via the carrier of their choice within 10 working days.
When returning a product sent outside the EU, the customer must ensure that the return formalities do not result in customs clearance fees for the seller, as this is not an import but a product return. You must declare "Return of product to retailer." In the event of an error on the part of the customer, customs clearance fees will be deducted from the order refund.
The withdrawal request should only be sent to contact@commeundiademe.com or via the site's return form. Requests for withdrawal should not be sent via private messages on social networks (Facebook or Instagram). The contact form is available in the contact section of the site, after logging in to his customer account.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent and in its original packaging intact. Refunds will only be made if the product has not been washed, curled, cut, disheveled or damaged. The parting must be positioned in the center. The product will be carefully inspected before refund. The lace part of the wigs must not have been cut. In case the product requires a new shampoo (application of serum or other on the hair), a penalty of 30 euros will be applied to the refund. If the product is returned with a clip cut or torn off, a penalty of 30 euros per clip will be applied. The external packaging must not be damaged either, under penalty of a 10 euros penalty.
Custom orders are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Production time can be long (about 3 months). Exceeding the deadline for the receipt of the product will not be a reason for refund.
Products that have been cut or modified specifically at the customer's request at the time of ordering (fringe, curtain bangs Diadem cut, addition of adhesive tape) via the "available options" form are not eligible for the return policy.
The return of a product not eligible for the return policy (custom order, product cut or modified on request) will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
